Please be sure to read all the information below and only purchase tickets if you agree. All items listed apply not only to the person who purchased the ticket, but also to their companions. If you purchase a ticket or participate in this event, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by all of the provisions of these Terms.
【IMPORTANT】This event uses AnyPASS digital tickets
All tickets for this event are digital tickets issued via the smartphone app "AnyPASS."
Every participant, including your companions, needs their own smartphone that runs a supported OS and can use SMS authentication. Please make sure everyone in your group meets these requirements before purchasing.

■About ticket issuance for this event
・Tickets for this performance are issued not via the LivePocket digital ticket, but via "AnyPASS," a digital-ticket app operated by avex Live Creative Inc.
・Ticket issuance begins five days before the performance day. For 2-day tickets, this is based on the first day. See "■Digital ticket receipt date (planned)" for details.
・For initial setup, receiving, sharing, entry, and resale, please refer to the "■AnyPASS digital ticket notes" section below.
・Ticket issuance uses the name, phone number, and email address registered as of September 6. If you need to change them, update your registered information on your LivePocket My Page up to that date. On or after that date, please contact the AnyPASS inquiry form (identity verification required). For the AnyPASS inquiry form, please see the "■Contact" section below.
・One ticket from each order always remains as the purchaser's own and cannot be distributed to companions. If you place multiple separate orders, one ticket from each order will remain with you. If you are buying on behalf of a group, please note that the purchaser must attend.
・For ticket issuance, we provide your name, address, date of birth, gender, phone number, and email address to the AnyPASS operating company (avex Live Creative Inc.). Your agreement to this item is confirmed at the time of purchase.
■About U-23 tickets
・U-23 tickets are available only to those aged 18 to 22 as of the event day. Those aged 23 or older are not eligible.
・If you are found to be 23 years of age or older at entry on the event day, you will be refused entry. Ticket fees will not be refunded in that case.
■No entry for those under 18 years old
・Please bring an ID to confirm your age on the day.
・The age of not only those who have purchased tickets but also those accompanying them will be checked on the day of admission, so please remember to bring one of the following forms of identification. (Your age as of the day of the event applies)
* Expired ID cards will be invalidated. Also, please keep it in its officially issued state. (Copies and images are not allowed)
* My Number Card, Basic Resident Register Card, and Student ID card are only valid if the person's photo and current address can be confirmed.
* If you cannot confirm your age, you will be refused entry. There will be no refunds for ticket fees in such cases.

■About alcohol sales and use of smoking areas
・Customers visiting the venue, regardless of which country they come from, must abide by the "Act on Prohibition of Drinking by Persons Under 20 Years of Age" and the "Act on Prohibition of Smoking by Persons Under 20 Years of Age" in accordance with Japanese laws.
・Alcohol will be sold and smoking areas may be used only after we check the wristband issued at entry to guests aged 20 or older (see "■Precautions when visiting" below).
・If the above wristband cannot be confirmed, you will not be able to purchase alcohol or use the smoking areas.
・The venue, organizer, and artist will not be held responsible if a customer who has purchased alcohol provides alcohol to another person.
・If the following items are discovered, you will be prohibited from entering or re-entering the venue, you will be forced to leave the venue area, and you will be prohibited from re-entering the venue during the event.
Additionally, the organizer will notify the police if necessary. Ticket fees will not be refunded in that case.
The venue, organizer, and artist will not be held responsible for any troubles related to the matters listed below.
① If a person under the age of 20 is found drinking or smoking inside the venue.
② If a person under the age of 20 is found to be drinking or smoking upon entering or re-entering.
③ If a guest wearing the wristband issued to those aged 20 or older gives alcohol or tobacco to a person under 20.
④ If a person under 20 is found wearing the wristband issued to those aged 20 or older, through fraudulent means such as forging an ID or passing on a wristband. In this case, the customer who transferred the ticket will also be forced to leave.
⑤ In other cases where a violation of the law is discovered or the organizer deems it to be inappropriate or dangerous.
・The venue, organizers, and artists will not be held responsible for any troubles caused by persons under 20 drinking or smoking while visiting or returning home.
・Please refrain from excessive drinking. If the staff deems it dangerous, you will be asked to leave. Ticket fees will not be refunded accordingly.
■Precautions when visiting
・At entry, different wristbands are issued to guests aged 18 to 19 and guests aged 20 or older. Also, the wristband of the 2-day ticket must be worn for 2 days. Wristbands will not be reissued or refunded for any reason, including loss or damage.
・If you are not wearing a wristband inside the venue, or if you are not wearing a designated wristband in an area where wristbands are required, you will be asked to leave the venue. Ticket fees will not be refunded in that case.
・Even if you are 18 or older, you will be refused entry if you are enrolled in a high school or an equivalent institution, regardless of age.
・Entry will also be refused if the organizer determines that any of the above apply.
・If you are visiting in a wheelchair, please contact each contact point in advance.
・There are no parking lots near the venue. Please come by public transportation.
・Please manage your baggage at your own risk.
・As the number of lockers provided by the organizer is limited, please refrain from arriving with luggage that is too large to be brought into the venue.
・Baggage will be inspected upon entry. Please note that if you do not cooperate, we may refuse entry.
・As a general rule, each person is limited to one piece of baggage that can be brought into the venue. Guests with baggage that exceeds the total size of 90cm on three sides (length, width, and height) will not be allowed to enter.
・Cans, bottles, and plastic bottles are not allowed. We will not provide plastic cups for transfer, so please discard them at the entrance.
・Umbrellas, cooler boxes, chairs, parasols, mats, explosives such as fireworks, other dangerous items and items prohibited by law, baggage exceeding the size specified by the organizer, and causing inconvenience to other customers are not allowed inside the venue. We do not accept any items that may be considered as such.
・Pets are not allowed to enter.
■Prohibited acts within the venue
・If the organizer determines that you have committed any of the prohibited acts listed below, you will be forcibly removed from the event. Re-entry during this event is also prohibited. Please note that in this case, the organizer will notify the police if necessary.
① Excessive drinking
② Acts in which illegal drug use is suspected
③ A nuisance to other customers
④ Acts of not following instructions from staff
⑤ Dangerous acts such as throwing things onto the stage or running towards the stage
⑥ Viewing outside the designated seats/area
⑦ Excessively revealing clothing, school uniforms, or any attire deemed inappropriate by the organizer
⑧ Acts that violate the spirit of the event, order, or good morals
■Disclaimer
・If there are any problems between customers, both inside and outside the venue, please resolve them among yourselves. The venue, organizers, and artists are not responsible for any trouble, accidents, theft, injury, loss, etc. inside or outside the venue.
■Exclusion of organized crime groups
・In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, we strictly prohibit entry to this event by anyone associated with an organized crime group or anyone suspected of being a member of anti-social forces. Please note that anyone who enters the venue illegally will be forced to leave.
■Video/photo shooting
・At this event, the organizer will film and photograph the venue. If you participate in this event, the videos and photos taken may be used in various media, online media such as SNS, products, etc. Please note that you agree not to exercise portrait rights or privacy rights, and not to request any compensation.
■Refund
・Once tickets have been purchased, cancellations, changes, and refunds are not possible due to the customer's convenience.
・Even if you are prohibited from entering or are ejected from the venue due to violation of these terms and conditions, ticket fees will not be refunded.
・As this is a multi-artist event, performing artists may be changed or canceled at short notice, but no cancellations, changes, or refunds can be made after ticket purchase.
・If the performance is canceled partway through due to unavoidable reasons such as bad weather, ticket fees will not be refunded.
