<Please read before purchasing tickets>

Please read all of the terms below carefully; only those who agree to them should purchase tickets. All terms apply not only to the ticket purchaser but also to their companions. By purchasing a ticket or attending this event, you are deemed to have agreed to all of the terms set out here.

■No admission for persons under 18

・Please bring identification that verifies your age on the day of the event.

・Age will be checked at entry for both ticket purchasers and their companions. Please be sure to bring one of the forms of identification listed below. (Your age on the day of the event applies.)

*Expired identification is not valid. Identification must be presented in its original, officially issued form. (Copies and images are not accepted.)

*My Number Card, Basic Resident Register Card, and Student ID are valid only if they show the holder's photo and current address.

*If your age cannot be verified, you will be refused entry. No refund of the ticket price will be made under any circumstances in such cases.

■Alcohol sales and use of smoking areas

・All attendees, regardless of their country of origin, must comply with Japanese law, specifically the Act on Prohibition of Drinking by Persons Under 20 Years of Age and the Act on Prohibition of Smoking by Persons Under 20 Years of Age.

・Each time you purchase alcohol or use a smoking area, staff will check the wristband issued at entry to attendees aged 20 and over (see "■Notes for attendees" below).

・If this wristband cannot be confirmed, you will not be able to purchase alcohol or use the smoking areas.

・The venue, organizer, and artists accept no responsibility whatsoever if an attendee who has purchased alcohol provides it to another person.

・If any of the following is discovered, the person(s) involved will be denied entry and re-entry, removed from the venue area, and barred from re-entering for the remainder of the event. The organizer will notify the police as necessary. No refund of the ticket price will be made in such cases. The venue, organizer, and artists accept no responsibility whatsoever for any trouble arising from the following.

① A person under 20 is found drinking or smoking inside the venue.

② A person under 20 is found drinking or smoking at the time of entry or re-entry.

③ An attendee wearing the wristband issued to those aged 20 and over gives alcohol or tobacco to a person under 20.

④ A person under 20 is found wearing the wristband issued to those aged 20 and over as a result of fraudulent conduct such as forged identification or transfer of a wristband. In this case, the person who transferred the wristband will also be removed from the venue.

⑤ Any other violation of the law, or any conduct the organizer deems inappropriate or dangerous.

・The venue, organizer, and artists accept no responsibility whatsoever for any trouble caused by underage drinking or smoking on the way to or from the venue.

・Please refrain from excessive drinking. Attendees whom staff judge to be a danger will be removed from the venue. No refund of the ticket price will be made in such cases.

■Notes for attendees

・At entry, different wristbands will be issued to attendees aged 18–19 and those aged 20 and over. Two-day ticket holders must keep their wristband on for both days without removing it. Wristbands will not be reissued or refunded for any reason, including loss or damage.

・Anyone found inside the venue without a wristband, or without the designated wristband in an area where one is required, will be removed from the venue on the spot. No refund of the ticket price will be made in such cases.

・Anyone currently enrolled in high school or an equivalent school will be refused entry regardless of age, even if 18 or older.

・Entry will also be refused to anyone the organizer judges to fall under the above.

・Wheelchair users are asked to contact the relevant inquiry desk in advance.

・There is no parking near the venue. Please use public transportation.

・You are responsible for your own belongings.

・Lockers provided by the organizer are limited in number. Please do not bring baggage that cannot be taken into the venue.

・Baggage checks will be conducted at entry. Please note that entry may be refused if you do not cooperate.

・As a rule, each person may bring only one bag into the venue. The bag must be no larger than approximately 90 cm in total dimensions (length + width + height); anyone with baggage exceeding this size will not be admitted.

・Cans, glass bottles, and plastic bottles are not permitted. No plastic cups will be provided for transferring drinks, so these items must be discarded at the entrance.

・The following may not be brought into the venue under any circumstances: umbrellas, coolers, chairs, parasols, mats, fireworks and other pyrotechnics, any other dangerous or legally prohibited items, baggage exceeding the size specified by the organizer, and anything deemed a nuisance to other attendees.

・Pets are not permitted.

■Prohibited conduct inside the venue

・If the organizer determines that an attendee has engaged in any of the following, that attendee will be removed from the venue and barred from re-entering for the remainder of the event. Please note that the organizer will notify the police as necessary.

① Excessive drinking

② Behavior suggesting the use of illegal drugs

③ Causing a nuisance to other attendees

④ Failure to follow staff instructions

⑤ Dangerous acts such as throwing objects onto or rushing toward the stage

⑥ Viewing from outside your designated seat or area

⑦ Excessively revealing clothing, school uniforms, or any attire the organizer deems inappropriate

⑧ Any act contrary to the purpose of the event, public order, or good morals

■Disclaimer

・Any dispute between attendees, whether inside or outside the venue, must be resolved between the parties concerned. The venue, organizer, and artists accept no responsibility whatsoever for any trouble, accident, theft, injury, loss, or similar occurring inside or outside the venue.

■Exclusion of organized crime groups

・In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, entry to this event is strictly denied to anyone associated with organized crime groups or suspected of being associated with other anti-social forces. Please note that anyone who gains entry improperly will be removed from the venue.

■Video and photo recording

・The organizer will film and photograph the venue during this event. By attending, you acknowledge that footage and photos in which you appear may be used in various media, on online media such as social networks, and in products, and you agree in advance not to assert portrait or privacy rights and not to claim any compensation.

■Refunds

・Cancellations, changes, and refunds for personal reasons are not accepted under any circumstances after purchase.

・No refund of the ticket price will be made even if you are denied entry or removed from the venue for violating these terms.

・As this event features multiple artists, performers may be changed or canceled at short notice. Cancellations, changes, and refunds are not accepted after purchase for any reason.

・No refund of the ticket price will be made if the event is stopped partway through due to severe weather or other unavoidable circumstances.
