【 Venue 】

Imabari Municipal Sports Park

1-2 Takahashi Fureai-no-Oka, Imabari City, Ehime（MAP）

Artificial clay court

【 Participation Fee 】

14,700 yen per team (including consumption tax; system fees not included)

Equivalent to approximately €80 (based on the May 2026 average exchange rate of 1€ = 184.8 yen)

Payment must be made in Japanese yen via LivePocket.

【 Team Size】

Number of team members: 3 to 5 players per team

JMA does not organise teams.

A maximum of 4 players may participate per set.

Teams with 4–5 members may change their line-up for each set (50-point games) and play with either 3 or 4 players.

Teams with fewer than 3 players or 6 or more players cannot enter.

【Number of Entry Slots 】

173 slots (maximum total of 384 teams)

【 Entry Period 】

A. International Entry – First-Come, First-Served

Period: 20:00 on 1 August – 23:59 on 15 September 2026 (Japan Standard Time)

【 Entry Eligibility 】

Individuals of nationalities other than Japanese.

Those forming teams with members of multiple nationalities should refer to the “Multi-nationality Teams” section and confirm the country under which they will enter. Entries that do not meet the conditions will be cancelled.

*Multi-nationality Teams

Teams are eligible to enter if more than half of the team members hold a nationality other than Japanese.

For teams composed of members from multiple nationalities, please enter under the nationality that constitutes the largest proportion of the team.

Please indicate in the questionnaire which country you are entering from. (Japan is not permitted.)

If the proportions are equal, please select the IMO member state under which to enter.

Examples

Hong Kong 3 members, Japan 1 member → Must enter from Hong Kong

Hong Kong 2 members, Korea 1 member, Japan 1 member → Must enter from Hong Kong

Taiwan 2 members, Japan 2 members → Must enter from Taiwan

Exception ①

Japan 2 members, China 1 member, Australia 1 member, Malaysia 1 member → Please enter under a non-Japanese nationality.

注意事項

Below are important notes for participants regarding this tournament.

Please ensure you read them in full before registering.

■ Notes on Entry

This is an open tournament (open to anyone). JMA player registration is not required.

Only one application per team is allowed.

Registered members may not be registered for more than one team.

Participation slots may not be transferred once entry is complete.

■ Important Notes Regarding Entry Fees

Payment methods are by credit card or at a convenience store.

Your entry will be finalised once payment has been confirmed.

If you select convenience store payment and fail to pay by the deadline, your entry will be cancelled.

A 5% entry system fee will be charged on top of the participation fee.

For convenience store payments, a separate handling fee of 220 yen will apply.

The participation fee includes sports accident insurance cover for the day of the event.

In the event of the tournament being cancelled, a partial refund will be issued after deducting preparation costs.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made at the participant’s request.

■ Criteria for Cancellation of the Event

The event may be cancelled in the following circumstances. Notice will be provided via the website and email by the day before the event.

Requests by the government or local authorities

Where a warning or special warning has been issued or is expected

Difficulty holding the event safely due to disaster or disruption to public transport

Difficulty securing necessary personnel for event operations

■ Important Notes Regarding Photographs and Videos

Participants and spectators should only take part in this tournament if they agree that they may be photographed or filmed by the JMA or other participants, and that these photographs and videos may be published on the internet or elsewhere.

Furthermore, if you do not give your consent, you may not be eligible to receive prizes or prize money.

Prior application is required for any photography or live streaming during the official tournament. Please check the link below for details and the application form.

When filming or recording, please be considerate of players and spectators by avoiding interference with the match, obtaining permission from all players on the court, and not blocking passageways. Additionally, please observe proper etiquette regarding online publication.

Failure to comply with the above guidelines may result in being denied entry to the venue or being asked to leave.

■ To Participants Requiring Reasonable Accommodation
