近未来、遠い星 “地球” という名の惑星。
悪の組織によってパーティは消費され、
シーンは滅び廃れてしまった街、トーキョー。
Psychotoxic Force の乗る宇宙船 SV-dk5 は、
パーティに飢えた人間たちを救うべく、
極秘任務を遂行するため ディストピア・シンジュク へと向かう。
そこで今回、俺たちと共に戦う 隊員を募集する。
任務には専用の記録要員も同行するが、
極秘のため映像を残すデバイスの使用は一切許されない。
唯一の武器は ―
“歪む轟音、909kick、敵を混乱させるシンセサイザー”。
これを携え、この作戦に挑むことになる。
参加を許されるのは 限られたソルジャーのみ。
生きて帰れる保証はない。
だが、この任務が成功するかどうかは、我々の手にかかっている。
そして我々は破壊の果てに、真の歓喜を見つけ出す。

In the near future, on a distant planet called “Earth,”
there is a city called トーキョー,
which parties have been monopolized by an evil organization
and the scene has withered into ruin.
Aboard the starship SV-dk5,
the Psychotoxic Force sets course for Dystopia Shinjuku,
on a covert mission to rescue those who hunger for the party.
And now, we are recruiting soldiers to join us on this mission.
A dedicated record keeper will accompany the operation,
but the use of any device to capture footage is strictly forbidden.
Armed only with the distorted thunder of the 909 kick
and synthesizers designed to confuse the enemy,
we march into battle.
Only a chosen few soldiers will be permitted to join.
There is no guarantee of survival.
But the success of this mission lies in our hands.
And in the end — we shall discover true ecstasy amidst the ruins of destruction.
