「第2回インディアホーリーメーラー in 関西」を

兵庫県伊丹市で開催致します！

ホーリー祭りとは、「色粉」をかけ合って春の訪れをお祝いする、インド文化圏の古い神話に由来を持つ伝統的なお祭りです。

由来には諸説ありますが、悪魔祓いのために色粉を撒くという意味合いもあり、どこか日本の節分にも似た印象があります。

主催者でインド出身のスニル氏が長年温めてきた構想を実現したイベントでもあり、昨年は大好評のうちに幕を下ろすことが出来ました。

日本では、一般的に危険なお祭りというイメージを持たれることもあります。

当イベントでは、あくまで日本社会の中での開催という大前提のもと、安全性を最大限に考慮して仕組みづくりをしています。

そのうえで、参加者の皆さまで色粉をかけあうホーリー祭り本来の醍醐味を損なうことなく楽しめるものにいたしました。

色粉のかけあいの見学やフードコートでの飲食、ステージライブ観賞など、入場は無料です。

お得な早期割引チケットもご用意しておりますが、当日ふらっとお立ち寄りいただいてからご参加いただいてもOKです。

A full-scale Holi festival event—rare in Kansai—designed so you can enjoy it safely.

We’re delighted to announce that we’ll be holding the “2nd India Holi Mela in Kansai” in Itami City, Hyōgo Prefecture!

Holi is a traditional festival from the Indian cultural sphere, rooted in ancient mythology, where people celebrate the arrival of spring by playfully throwing coloured powder at one another.

There are various theories about its origins, but one interpretation is that sprinkling coloured powder is meant to ward off evil—giving it a feel that’s oddly reminiscent of Japan’s Setsubun.

This event is also the realisation of a long-held vision by our organiser, Mr Sunil, who is originally from India. Last year’s event was a huge success and came to a close to overwhelmingly positive feedback.

In Japan, Holi is sometimes seen as a dangerous festival.

At our event, we work on the premise that it is being held within Japanese society, and we’ve designed our systems and arrangements with safety as the highest priority. At the same time, we’ve made sure you can still enjoy the true essence of Holi—throwing coloured powder with other participants—without losing what makes it special.

Admission is free if you’d like to watch the colour-throwing, enjoy food and drinks at the food court, or watch the stage performances.

We also offer great-value early-bird discount tickets, but it’s absolutely fine to drop by on the day and decide to join in after you arrive.

[5歳以下のお子様の参加について]

[チケットの内容について]

・本チケット代には「公式Tシャツ」１枚と「色粉」１袋が含まれます。ホーリー祭りの思い出をカラフルに染み込ませて、是非大切に保管してください！
・色かけ大会に参加される場合は、公式Tシャツの着用が必須です。

・前回までの公式Tシャツをお持ちの方で、当日着用して来場された場合には、粉のみの金額で参加できる優待措置がありますので、当日会場にてご申告ください。

[チケットの価格について]

・早割チケット販売終了後は通常価格（おとな 2400円 / こども（小学生）1200円）となります。

[事前了承のお願い：撮影について]

・イベントスタッフが適宜、粉かけ場内の様子の写真や映像の記録撮影を行いますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

・撮影したものはSNSやチラシなど、イベント関連の告知に使用する場合があります。

・告知使用にご同意いただけない方は、会場にてその旨ご申告ください。撮影後に識別できるような目印をお渡しし、使用時にはお顔にマスクをかけるなどして対処いたします。

[色粉について]
・自然原料由来の安全性の高い物を厳選して使用しております。
・ただし、一度に大量に目や気管支など体に入った場合は、体質などの影響で一時的な刺激症状が出る可能性があります。
・刺激に対する過敏な体質や症状をお持ちの方や、小さなお子様は、水泳用のゴーグルなどでご自衛いただく事を推奨しております。

[着替えについて]

・男女別のテントをご用意しております。

・参加者の方には、おしぼりもお渡ししております。

・会場独自の手洗い場もありますので、ご自由にお使いいただけます。

[お手洗いについて]
・利用許可を得ているお手洗いが複数ありますが、会場南側に隣接するマンションやパチンコ店のお手洗いは禁止です。
・お手洗いの位置は、会場にて予めご確認ください。
・手指や足の汚れは会場の手洗い場をご利用ください。

[衣類について]
・皮膚に着いても水洗いですぐ落ちる原料ですが、油と混ざっての付着、ご使用の衣類の材料の性質など、状況によっては落ちにくい場合があります。

・徒歩約10分ほど北西に、コインランドリーも併設された銭湯「橘湯」がありますので、そちらのご利用もご検討ください。

[飲食について]
・飲食は本イベント内で指定された場所でのみお願いします。
・バラエティ豊かな屋台フードコートをご用意しておりますので、そちらをぜひご利用ください。
・水分補給目的以外の飲食物の持ち込みはお断りしております。

About participation for children aged 5 and under:

Ticket contents:

This ticket includes one official T-shirt and one bag of colour powder. Please enrich your Holi memories in colour and keep them as a special memento.

If you wish to take part in the colour-playing session, wearing the official T-shirt is mandatory.

If you have an official T-shirt from a previous event and you come wearing it on the day, there is a preferential option that allows you to join by paying only for the powder. Please declare this at the venue on the day.

Ticket pricing:

After early-bird ticket sales end, standard prices will apply (Adults: ¥2,400 / Children aged 12 and under: ¥1,200).

Advance notice: photography and filming

Please note that event staff may take photos and videos inside the colour-throwing area as needed to record the event.

These recordings may be used for event-related promotion, such as on social media or flyers.

If you do not consent to your image being used for promotional purposes, please let us know at the venue. We will provide a visible marker so you can be identified afterwards, and we will take measures such as masking your face when using the footage.

Colour powder:

We carefully select safer products made from natural ingredients.

However, if a large amount enters the body at once—such as through the eyes or airways—temporary irritation may occur depending on individual sensitivity.

For those with allergies or heightened sensitivity to irritation, as well as young children, we recommend protecting yourselves with swimming goggles or similar.

Changing clothes:

Separate tents will be provided for men and women.

Wet towels (oshibori) will be provided to participants.

There will also be a dedicated hand-washing area at the venue, which you are welcome to use.

Toilets:

Several toilets are available with permission, but please do not use the toilets in the apartment building or the pachinko parlour adjacent to the south side of the venue.

Please check the toilet locations at the venue in advance.

Please use the venue’s hand-washing area to clean your hands and feet.

Clothing:

The ingredients can be washed off the skin easily with water, but depending on conditions—such as contact mixed with oil, or the fabric type of your clothing—it may be difficult to remove.

About a 10-minute walk to the north-west, there is a public bathhouse called Tachibana-yu (which also has a coin laundry). You may wish to consider using it.

Food and drink:

Please eat and drink only in the designated areas within the event.

We will have a varied food-stall court available, so please do make use of it.

Bringing in your own colors, food and drinks is not permitted, except for hydration purposes.
