9/18（金）、9/19（土）、9/20（日）の一部時間帯にてご入場またはミニゲームへの参加を希望されるお客様は、混雑回避のため各日程ごとに事前入場予約制（抽選・入場無料）とさせて頂きます。
上記3日間の13時以降はフリー入場を予定しております（当日の混雑状況によって、整理券を配布する場合もあります）。
なお、9/21（月）～9/27（日）の期間は予約不要のフリー入場となります（当日の混雑状況によって、整理券を配布する場合もあります）。
※9/18（金）、9/19（土）、9/20（日）の一部時間帯にご入場希望のお客様は必ず入場予約を行って下さい。1つの申し込みにつき、最大2人まで抽選申込が可能です。

●予約が確定された場合の流れ
・チケットに当選すると、” LivePocket-Ticket-ライヴポケット”に登録されたメールアドレスにメールが届きます。メール本文に記載されたURLより「QRコード入りチケット」をお受け取りください。
入場時にQRコードが表示された画面（スクリーンショットは不可）、又はQRコードを印刷した用紙をご提示いただき、チケットの整理番号順にご入場いただきます。
※ご入場前に、チケットの認証（QRコード読み取り）と本人確認を行う場合がございます。入場予約チケットと身分証明書（運転免許証・マイナンバーカード・パスポート・学生証の原本）を忘れずにお持ちください。
※身分証明書は原本のみ有効です（写真・コピーは不可） 。
※ライヴポケットの申込名と、身分証明書のお名前が一致しない場合はお断りさせていただく場合がございます。

【集合時間】 入場予約チケットに記載された時間の10分前にお集りください。
※ご入場はチケット記載の入場時間より30分間が有効となります。時間を過ぎますとご入場はいただけません。10時10分の回のみ入場時間より20分間が有効となります。
※店内の密集を避ける為、混雑状況によっては、ご入場をお待ちいただく場合がございます。
※入場券をお持ちの場合でも、商品の在庫状況やご入場の順番によっては、ご希望の商品が完売している場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
※チケットに記載されている日付・入場時間のみ有効です。

※いかなる場合でもチケットの再発行はいたしません。
※チケットのQRコードは一度しかご利用いただけませんので、お取り扱いには十分にご注意下さい。

※天災・疫病のまん延・不慮の事故などにより、店舗または施設が休業や営業時間に変更があった場合、『入場予約チケット』は無効になります。代替のチケット等を発行する事はできません。
その場合、来店に掛かった費用（交通費・宿泊費など）は、いかなる理由におきましても補填いたしかねますのでご容赦ください。

HMV&BOOKS SHIBUYA – Entry Reservation Lottery
This is the entry reservation lottery page for the “NIJISANJI EN Welcome home, Boys! POP UP STORE” at HMV&BOOKS SHIBUYA.
Customers who wish to enter the POP UP STORE or participate in the mini-game during designated time slots on September 18 (Fri), September 19 (Sat), and September 20 (Sun) are required to make an advance entry reservation for each date in order to help reduce congestion.
*Reservations will be selected by lottery, and admission is free.
Free entry is planned after 1:00 PM on September 18 (Fri), September 19 (Sat), and September 20 (Sun).
*Entry tickets may be distributed depending on crowd conditions on the day.
From September 21 (Mon) to September 27 (Sun), no advance reservation is required and free entry is planned throughout the day.

*Customers wishing to enter during the designated reservation-only time slots on September 18 (Fri), September 19 (Sat), or September 20 (Sun) must apply for an advance entry reservation.
*You may apply for admission for up to 2 people per application.

● If Your Reservation Is ConfirmedIf you are selected in the lottery, an email will be sent to the email address registered with your LivePocket-Ticket account.
Please access the URL provided in the email to receive your ticket with a QR code.
When entering the store, please present either the QR code displayed on your device (screenshots are not accepted) or a printed copy of your ticket showing the QR code. Customers will be admitted in the order of the ticket numbers.
*Before entry, we may scan your ticket QR code and ask you to present a valid form of identification. Please make sure to bring both your entry reservation ticket and an original valid ID, such as a driver’s license, My Number Card, passport, or student ID. *Only original identification documents will be accepted. Photos and photocopies are not accepted.
*The name registered on your LivePocket application must match the name shown on your identification document. If the names do not match, you may be refused entry.

【Meeting Time】Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the entry time shown on your ticket.
● Notes
- Your ticket will be valid for entry for 30 minutes from the entry time shown on your ticket. You will not be permitted to enter after this 30-minute period. For the 10:10 AM time slot only, the ticket will be valid for 20 minutes from the designated entry time.
- To prevent overcrowding inside the store, you may be asked to wait before entering depending on crowd conditions.
- An entry ticket does not guarantee the availability of merchandise. Depending on stock levels and your order of entry, some items may already be sold out.
- Your ticket is valid only for the date and entry time shown on the ticket.
- Entry dates and times cannot be changed for personal reasons.
- Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances.
- Each ticket QR code can only be used once. Please keep your ticket and QR code secure.
- If you are unable to display your ticket or if the QR code cannot be scanned or verified at the time of entry, you may be refused entry.
- If you are unable to display your ticket due to the loss or damage of your smartphone, loss of data, or any other similar reason, you will not be permitted to enter.
- Tickets cannot be transferred to another person. Reselling tickets through private sales, auction websites, resale platforms, or any other means is strictly prohibited.
- Re-entry is not permitted.
- Any data or communication charges incurred when registering for or using LivePocket-Ticket are the responsibility of the customer.
- In the event that the store or facility is closed or its operating hours are changed due to a natural disaster, outbreak of infectious disease, unforeseen accident, or other unavoidable circumstances, your entry reservation ticket will become invalid. Replacement tickets will not be issued.
- Please note that we are unable to reimburse any expenses incurred in connection with your visit, including transportation and accommodation costs, regardless of the reason for the cancellation or change.
