こちらは第4回モルックジャパンオープン in 大阪舞洲のエントリーチケットとなります。

【アクセス】

電車・バスでご来場の場合

●JR環状線、西九条駅下車、市営バスに乗換え、８１系統舞洲スポーツアイランド行。

　西九条からバス、舞洲中央で下車（約35分）

●JR環状線、西九条駅でJRゆめ咲線へ乗換え、桜島駅下車、

　舞洲アクティブバス(2系統)に乗換え、桜島駅からバス、おおきにアリーナ舞洲前下車（約15分）

車でご来場の場合　

●高速をご利用の場合

　阪神高速湾岸線湾岸舞洲を出て此花大橋を渡る。

●国道をご利用の場合

・国道43号線梅香交差点を西（USJ方面）に直進、此花大橋を渡る。

・南港(咲洲)方面からは夢咲トンネルを通過し、夢舞大橋を渡る。

駐車場（1日¥1,000）の詳細は、決まり次第、お知らせします。

※最寄駅などからのシャトルバスは運行いたしません。あらかじめご了承ください。

※全て予定のスケジュールです。後日、開始時間などが変更になる場合がございます。

【参加費】

10,000円／チーム

【チーム人数】

3名～5名

・協会でマッチングは行いません。

・3名のチームは3名全員がプレーする必要があり、1セット最大4名までプレーすることが可能です。

・4名～5名のチームは、セット（50点ゲーム）ごとに出場する選手を変更可能であり、3名～4名でプレーします。

・1チーム3名未満、6名以上でのエントリーはできません。

Clay court

【 Access 】
For those arriving by train or bus;
● Take the JR Loop Line to Nishikujo Station, transfer to the city bus, and take Route 81 bound for Maishima Sports Island.
From Nishikujo, take the bus and get off at Maishima Chuo (approx. 35 min)
● JR Loop Line: Transfer to JR Yumesaki Line at Nishikujo Station, get off at Sakurajima Station.
Transfer to Maishima Active Bus (Route 2). From Sakurajima Station, get off at Ookini Arena Maishima-mae (approx. 15 min).

For those by car;
●When using the expressway;
Exit the Hanshin Expressway Wangan Line at Wangan Maishima and cross the Konohana Bridge.
●When using national routes;
・From National Route 43, proceed west (toward USJ) at the Umeka Intersection and cross the Konohana Bridge.
・From the Nanko (Sakishima) direction, pass through the Yumesaki Tunnel and cross the Yume Mai Bridge.

Details regarding parking (¥1,000 per day) will be announced once finalized.

There will be no shuttle bus for this tournament.

【 Time Schedule (tentative) 】
■Day 1(Qualification Round) April 18th (Sat)
Around 8:45 am. Reception Starts

Around 11:00 am. 1st match starts
Around 5:00 pm. End

■Day 2(Qualification Round, Final tournament, Lower Tournament) April 19th (Sun)

*The above schedule is tentative and the time may be changed at a later date.

【 Participation fee 】
JPY 10,000 (around 55€) per team

【 Team 】
Number of team members: 3 to 5 players/teams

・JMA will not organize teams.
・Teams of 3 players must have all 3 players play.
・Up to 4 players can play in a set.
・Teams of 4 to 5 players can change the players for each set (50-point games), and play with either 3 or 4 players.
・Teams of less than 3 players or more than 6 players cannot enter as a team.

【 The following information is required for the entry 】
(1) Team name (in English characters) (Romaji is acceptable, but Japanese characters are not)
*Do not use special characters (symbols, umlauts, etc.) which may cause garbled text in emails from JMA or in match tables of the tournament.
(2)Transportation method
(3)If transportation method is by car, how many cars(Parking is currently being arranged, and we may not be able to accommodate all requests. 1000yen per car per day..)

(6)For teams that have only members under 18 years of age, the names and phone numbers of the parents or guardians are also required at the time of entry.

本ページは、本大会へご参加いただくにあたっての重要な注意事項をまとめたものです。

必ず最後までご確認のうえ、お申し込みください。

■ エントリーに関する注意事項

・大会は選手登録不要のオープン大会（どなたでも参加可能）です。

・エントリーは 1チームにつき1回のみとします。

・参加費の支払い完了順で受付し、募集チーム数に達し次第締め切ります。

・登録したメンバーを他チームと重複して登録することはできません。

・エントリー完了後の参加枠の譲渡は不可とします。

■エントリー内容の変更方法

登録しているチームメンバーの追加、削除、変更については、以下のグーグルフォームより受け付けます。

原則、チーム名およびチーム代表者の変更はできませんのでご注意ください。

なお、メンバー変更については、3月31日まで受付予定です。

■ 参加費に関する注意事項

・お支払い方法はクレジットカード／コンビニ払いとなります。

・入金確認ができた時点でエントリー完了となります。

・コンビニ決済を選択された方で、期日までにお支払いがなかった場合、エントリー取り消しとなりますのでご注意ください。

・エントリーシステム料として、参加費の5％（500円）がかかります。

・コンビニ払いの場合、別途220円の手数料がかかります。

・参加費には当日のスポーツ傷害保険料が含まれます。

・大会中止の場合は、準備費用等を差し引いたうえで一部返金いたします。

・参加者都合によるキャンセルの場合、返金はいたしかねます。

■写真、動画などに関する注意事項

※選手及び観客の皆様におかれましては、JMAまたは参加者の方々による写真、動画の被写体になり得ること、及びこれら写真／動画がインターネットなどに露出し得ることに同意いただける場合のみ、本大会にご参加ください。

※また、同意頂けない場合には、賞品・賞金の贈呈ができなくなる場合がございます。

※選手及び観客の皆様同士で、写真／動画撮影時のマナー（試合進行の妨げにならない、試合撮影時は当該コートの選手全員の許可を得る、移動導線をふさがない、など）、インターネットなどへの露出に関するマナー（他人の誹謗中傷を避ける、プライバシーに関わるシーンを写さない、など）をお守りください。不適切な撮影と大会側が判断した場合には撮影場所移動、撮影中止、会場からの排除などを要求する場合がございます。なお、参加者同士による撮影、インターネットなどへの露出、盗難などに関するトラブルは当事者で解決していただくこととし、JMA及び会場は一切責任を負いません。

上記の注意事項が守られない場合や、不正行為と判断された場合、エントリーの取り消しをさせていただくことがあります。

■ 大会中止基準

以下の場合、大会を中止することがあります。

中止の際は開催前日までにHPおよびメールにてお知らせします。

・政府・自治体からの要請や自粛判断が必要な場合

・警報または特別警報が発令、または発令が予想される場合

・災害や交通機関の乱れにより安全な開催が困難な場合

・大会運営に必要な人員確保が困難な場合

■ 合理的配慮を必要とされる参加者の皆様へ

JMAは『スポーツを通じた共生社会の実現』を協会理念の一つとして掲げ、主催する公式大会において、年齢・障害の有無にかかわらず、すべての方が安全かつ快適に参加できる大会運営を目指しています。

Below are the important notes to participants for this tournament.

Please be sure to review it in its entirety before register.

■Notes on entry
*This is an open tournament (anyone can participate) that does not require JMA player registration.
*Teams will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis after payment of the participation fee, and registration will close once the maximum number of teams has been reached.
*Each team can only register once.
*Members who register cannot also register for other teams. After registration is complete, it is not possible to transfer your registration to another team.

*The information required for registration is: “Team name”, “Romaji for team name”, “Name (no nickname), gender, age, address, telephone number, email address of team representative”, “Name (no nickname), gender, age of all team members except team representative”, “Transportation method”, and “If transportation method is by car, how many cars”.
Parking is currently being arranged, and we may not be able to accommodate all requests.

Please note that team names must be no more than 15 full-width characters (equivalent to 30 half-width characters) in length, and must not contain any special characters (such as symbols, marks, or umlauts). If you use special characters, there is a possibility that the text will be garbled in emails sent from JMA or in the match-up tables used at the tournament.
*For teams with only members under 18 years of age, the names and phone numbers of the parents or guardians are also required at the time of entry.
*Please keep a record of the information you entered during registration, as you will not be able to confirm your application after it has been submitted.
*We will also ask you about any needs of any special assistance you may require.

■change of team members

If you wish to change members due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us via google form below. Team name and lteam leader can not be changed.
Changes to team members will be accepted until March 31.

■ Notes on the participation fee
You can choose to pay by credit card or convenience store payment. Please note that your entry will be complete once we have confirmed payment.
If you choose to pay by convenience store payment and do not make payment by the due date, your entry will be cancelled.
*Please note that there will be a entry system fee (500 yen). There may also be an additional payment fee of 220 yen if you use the convenience store.
*The participation fee includes the cost of sports injury insurance for the day.
*If the event is canceled, a partial refund will be made after deducting the event preparation costs, etc.
*Please note that once the entry fee has been paid, it will not be refunded if you withdraw for personal reasons.

■ Regarding Photos and Videos

※Participation in this event shall be deemed that you agree that players and spectators may be photographed or videotaped by JMA or other participants, and that these photos/videos may be published online or elsewhere.

※Furthermore, if you do not consent, we may be unable to award prizes.

※All players and spectators must observe proper etiquette during photo/video capture (e.g., not obstructing match progress, obtaining permission from all players on the field before filming a game, not blocking movement routes) and regarding online exposure (e.g., avoiding defamation of others, not capturing scenes involving privacy). If the tournament organizers deem photography inappropriate, we may request you to move your location, cease photography, or remove you from the venue. Please note that any disputes arising from photography between participants, exposure on the internet, theft, etc., must be resolved between the parties involved. JMA and the venue assume no responsibility whatsoever.

Please only apply if you agree to these terms. By applying, you are agreeing to these terms. If you do not follow the above rules or are deemed to be acting unfairly, your entry may be cancelled.

■Criteria for Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, notice will be provided on the website and via email by the day before the event:
・Upon requests from the government or local authorities, or when discretion for refraining is deemed necessary during the event period.
・When warnings (heavy rain, strong winds, floods, heavy snow) or special warnings are issued or anticipated, and when damage occurs due to disasters in the event location.
・Even if damage occurs in other regions without direct impact on the event location or neighbouring areas, when participation becomes difficult due to disruptions in transportation or there is an anticipated risk of secondary disasters by participating.
When it is deemed difficult to secure event organisers, officials, and referees, resulting in significant hindrance to event operations.

■ For Participants Needing Special Assistance
JMA aims for barrier-free and universal event management, welcoming everyone from children to the elderly, regardless of disabilities or age limitations.
If there are any players who need special assistance in the team, please write details in the remarks section.

Subsequently, JMA’s welfare department will follow up with a hearing sheet and consultations.
